Dear Friends,

Our property is located in Meadow Brook Resort, adjacent to
Wyndham at the Meadows, and next to Pointe Royale. It is a beautiful
3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse condominium with a Queen sleeper sofa,
fully furnished kitchen, and stacked washer/dryer for your
convenience. The master bedroom features a whirlpool bath, walk-in
closet and glass double doors that open onto the balcony porch.

All bathrooms have double sinks. Each bedroom has its own TV.
There are two DVD players. Vaulted ceilings and fans accentuate the
roominess of this condo. A Juliet balcony overlooks the downstairs
living area from the second floor bedroom. The two main floor
bedrooms include the master Golf-themed master bedroom with a king
bed; and an Ozark trout-themed guest bedroom with a queen bed. The
upstairs Magnolia-themed guest bedroom has a king bed.

Stepping outside onto the back porch, you'll enjoy a view of the
fountain waterfall pond below, located at the end of the stairstep
falls of Meadow Brook. To the left is the manicured golf course
of Pointe Royale, interspersed with beautiful oak trees trailing up
the hillside, producing a beautiful display of green in the summer,
and brilliant oranges and yellows in the fall.

and pans, serving dishes, regular and wine glasses, pitchers, cookie

grilling utensils, coffeemaker, coffegrinder, can opener, refrigerator w/icemaker
and water in the door; microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Golf Room: Master bedroom - king bed, walk-in closet, double

3/1/12 - 5/31/12 .. $150/night. $ 900/week

6/1/12 - 8/31/12 .. $200/night. $1200/week

9/1/12 - 12/31/12..$150/night. $ 900/week

Cleaning fee, tax AND one free night are included in the weekly rate!

Other charges and conditions per reservation:

*Cleaning fee: $75.00 

*Tax: 7.1% included in all quoted rates.

*Deposit: $100.00 Due at time of booking.

*Balance due: Two weeks prior to arrival. Last minute bookings will be due at time of booking.

*Cancellations: $25 cancellation fee for refundable cancellations.  Deposits are nonrefundable if reservation is cancelled two weeks or less prior to arrival.

*Minimum reservation: Two nights.
