Vacation Rental Description

     Our property is located in Meadow Brook Resort, adjacent to Wyndham at the Meadows, and next to  
Pointe Royale.  It is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse condominium with a Queen sleeper  
sofa, fully furnished kitchen, and stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.  The master bedroom  
features a whirlpool bath, walk-in closet and glass double doors that open onto the balcony porch. 
 
     All bathrooms have double sinks.  Each bedroom has its own TV. There are two DVD players.   
Vaulted ceilings and fans accentuate the roominess of this condo.  A Juliet balcony overlooks the  
downstairs living area from the second floor bedroom.  The two main floor bedrooms include the  
master golf-themed master bedroom with a king bed; and an Ozark trout-themed guest bedroom with a  
queen bed.  The upstairs Magnolia-themed guest bedroom has a king bed. 
 
     Stepping outside onto the back porch, you'll enjoy a view of the fountain waterfall pond below,  
located at the end of the stairstep falls of Meadow Brook.  To the left is the manicured golf course  
of Pointe Royale, interspersed with beautiful oak trees trailing up the hillside, producing a  
beautiful display of green in the summer, and brilliant oranges and yellows in the fall.

microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher.  Ceiling fan.  Tiled floor. 
 
Golf Room:      Master bedroom - queen bed, walk-in closet, double sinks, whirlpool tub. Double   
sliding glass doors open onto balcony porch. TV.  Ceiling fan.  Carpeted bedroom, tiled bath. 
 
Trout Room:     Guest bedroom - queen bed, full shower with sliding glass doors; double sink. TV,  
DVD player. Full closet. Ceiling fan. Carpeted bedroom, tiled bath. 
 
Magnolia Room:  Guest bedroom, upstairs - king bed, full bath / shower with sliding glass doors;  
double sink, walk-in closet. TV. Carpeted bedroom, tiled bath. 
 
Living Room:    Queen sleeper sofa; two over-stuffed chairs; bar stools at kitchen bar.  Large TV,  
DVD player. Ceiling fan. Carpeted. 
 
Dining Room:    Glass-topped table with rolling stuffed chairs.  Carpeted. 
 
Balcony Porch:  Table, 4 chairs.  Ceiling fan.

Jan 01-May 31 .. $135/night + cleaning fee.  $ 810/week, all-inclusive. 
 
Jun 01-Aug 31 .. $195/night + cleaning fee.  $1170/week, all-inclusive. 
 
Sep 01-Dec 31 .. $150/night + cleaning fee.  $ 900/week, all-inclusive. 
 
 
Other charges per reservation: 
*Cleaning fee:  $75.00  
*Tax:            11.6%   Cleaning fee and taxes are included in the weekly rate. 
*Deposit:      $100.00   Due at time of booking. Nonrefundable if reservation is cancelled two weeks 
                         prior to arrival.   
*Balance due:            Two weeks prior to arrival. Last minute bookings will be due at time of  
                         booking. 
*Minimum reservation:    Two nights.
