Security Deposit Requirements
A security deposit is required for all stays; $500 for 1-7 Days,
$1,000 for 7+ Days or 5+ people.

For 5 -6 people, there is a flat $200 fee. We will set up an
additional Queen size bed and provide the towels, linens, supplies, etc.
