Description:
Mer Sea is a true ocean-front three bedroom/three bath penthouse villa at fabulous High Pointe Resort, perfectly located right next to all the dining, shopping, and activities in Rosemary Beach.  No expense has been spared in creating the area's premier luxury condominium.  Occupying the entire west end of the top (fourth) floor of the gulf front building, it is totally private and offers endless ocean panoramas and year-round sunset views.  Sophisticated and chic, Mer Sea is at the same time casual, very children-friendly, and certain to delight everyone in your party.
With nearly 2000 square feet inside and an incredible 750 square foot wrap-around terrace encircling the villa, there is ample room for up to a maximum of eight to twelve guests. There are two ocean view master suites, each with king bed, 32" Samsung LCD TV, and direct terrace access.  Each also has an ensuite all-travertine full bath with oversize showers, 8' twin vanities with granite countertops, dressing areas, separate water closets, and either a Synchrony garden tub or exercise area with fitness bike. The third bedroom has two full-size beds and two twin bunks (4 beds in this room), as well as an ensuite full bath, which is conveniently also hallway accessible. There is also a comfortable queen size sofabed in a semi-private great room alcove, yielding total sleeping accommodations for up to twelve.
Because of its spaciousness, intelligent floorplan, and quiet top floor location, Mer Sea truly has more the feel of a "home in the sky" than an ordinary condominium. The airy ambiance of a European coastal villa is enhanced by carefree design elements such as travertine and Italian tile flooring throughout, all with stunning blue ocean vistas as the perfect backdrop.

Amenities:
A long list of amenities includes gourmet chef's kitchen, 6 Samsung LCD TVs (one in each of the 3 bedrooms, both master baths, and a 55" LCD in the living room), Blu-Ray DVD players and a great DVD movie library for all ages, free wireless high speed internet, high end furnishings, Synchrony garden tub, exercise area with stationary bike, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and en suite laundry room. Four folding beach chairs (located inside the villa) are also included for your use. A separate closet contains a crib and a highchair. Access to the condo is via a modern roomy elevator; for the disabled, there are absolutely no steps either to the condo or to the pool and gulf-front restaurant (although a wide exterior staircase is available for those wishing to walk).  Mer Sea is in a wonderful low-density gated resort with pool, spa, tennis, oceanfront bar and grill, and beautiful tropical landscaping.

High Pointe Resort:
The only true full-service gulf front resort in the area, High Pointe Resort features an incredible 7000 square foot tropical lagoon pool with islands and waterfalls, a separate kiddie pool, a large heated spa, shuffleboard, outdoor grilling area, lighted clay tennis courts, a children's playground, a fabulous gulf front bar and grill, and of course 600 feet of private, pristine beach. Exciting Rosemary Beach, with all its dining, shopping, biking, and entertainment options, is only a very short stroll (500 feet) to the east, as is blossoming Alys Beach to the west. Parking for up to 3 cars.  High Pointe is a tropically landscaped, very low density resort with a gated entrance from Florida Scenic 30A, and its facilities are for the exclusive private use of the guests.
