·  $2100 security deposit

    5 + nights --- $190/night 
    2-4 nights --- $215/night 
        2 night minimum 
May 20 - June 15     
    4+ nights --- $215/night 
    3  nights --- $225/night 
        3 night minimum 
June 15 - September 8 
    7 + nights --- $240/night 
        7 night minimum 
 
*   Add 10% Washington taxes and refundable $500 damage deposit.  
*   Add $125 cleaning fee 
*   A refundable reservation/damage deposit of $500 at the Daily Rates
