Convention Center, Airport, Seaport Village.  15 mintues to Mission Beach.  Near Interstate 15, 8,  
163, and 805.  5 min or less to Hotel Circle, Admiral Baker Park, Mission Valley and Fashion  
Valley.  1 mile to supermarket and dozens of delicious ethnic restaurants (Japanese, Vietnamese,  
Thai, Chinese, Korean, Mexican, Italian) and American cuisine - reasonably priced.  You can eat a  
full meal for $6.00 because there is so much competition.  Did I mention they are delicious? 
 
Granite countertop, 2 new comfortable Queen beds and sofa bed.   
  
Open 2 story building condominium complex.  Located in second floor.  A great  
location, away from hustle-bustle and noise in resorts yet close enough to everything.

Vacation Rental Rates

$99/night. Last minute special for Current Month Only if we have availability.(for example -  
August-September).  Rate is for 2 persons. Each add'l person $10/night Max 6 persons.  
Minimum of 4 nights.  Less than 4 nights, add $10/night. 
 
Regular Rate: 
$149/night - Sept 7 to May. 4 persons.  Each additional is $10/night.  Max 6 people. 
$199/night - June to Sept 6. 4 persons.  Each additional is $10/night. Max 6 people.  
 
Cleaning Fee 
$69  
$109 to include pots and pans, dishes, oven, microwave. 
 
Rates reflect 3% discount for Cash or Check payment.   
Visa or Master also accepted.   
 
Therapeutic Massage 1 hr - $89 only.  Reserve early.  The massage therapist will come to the  
condo.  
 
Your dates are only officially reserved with credit card reservation or receipt of rental fee. 
 
50% deposit upon reservation, 50% due at least 30 days before arrival. 
 
Check-in: 3:30 PM       Check-out: 11 AM 
 
Monthly Rate: 
October to May:  $2980/month.  10% off senior citizens. 
June to Sept:  $4400/month.  Reserve 6 mos early and save $500
