This is a one year new home located on the Colorado River with a
private sandy beach and private dock. NO SMOKING, PETS, FIREWORKS
ALLOWED, MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER.
house rental amenities
Fully furnished and decorated including fully equipped kitchen,
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker,
charcoal BBQ. The bedrooms have two king size beds, two sets
of bunkbeds, all linens and bath towels provided. Washer and dryer,
two cable TVs with DVD, ceiling fans and air conditioning.

activities and attractions in Needles Deserts
Enjoy the Colorado River's outstanding fishing, water skiing,
wakeboarding and tubing. The Avi Casino and Golf Course is a short
15 minute drive. The Needles Golf Course is 5 minutes from the home.
Down river approx. 20 minutes is the gorgous Topock Gorge. Lake Havasu is 35 minute
drive down the I-40 to Highway 95. The Needles marina is 3/4 mile down river.
vacation rental rates
Summer rates effective April 1, through September 30, the
weekly rate is $1,650.00, weekends is $695.00, the daily rate is
$250.00.
Winter rates effective October 1, through March 31. The
monthly rate is negotiable.
Holiday weeks are 6 night minimum.
Security deposit is $500.00 and due within 7 days of placing reservations to hold dates.
Cancellation policy applies, will be included in vacation rental agreement, which will be prepared
and sent out for signatures after security deposit is received.
Rent payment is due 30 days prior to reservation date. Make check
payable to Peter Califano.
Departure housekeeping fees: $100.00
