Needles River Front Home with Private Beach & Dock. in Needles

Four year old home located on the Colorado River with a
private beach and private dock. NO SMOKING, FIREWORKS
ALLOWED.
picture 2 is from the house kitchen window to see the distance from house to our beach. Picture 4 is our private dock. You can keep your boat docked for your entire stay.

Fully furnished and decorated including fully equipped kitchen,
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker,
charcoal BBQ. The bedrooms have two king size beds, two sets
of bunkbeds, all linens and bath towels provided. Washer and dryer,
two cable TVs with DVD, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Gargage not included

Enjoy the Colorado River's outstanding fishing, water skiing,
wakeboarding and tubing. The Avi Casino and Golf Course is a short
15 minute drive. The Needles Golf Course is 5 minutes from the home.
Down river approx. 20 minutes is the gorgous Topock Gorge. Lake Havasu is 35 minute
drive down the I-40 to Highway 95. The Needles marina is 3/4 mile down river.

Summer rates effective April 1, through September 30, the
weekly rate is $1,495.00 which is 6 nights 7 days, weekends is $595.00 for 2 nights, the daily rate is
$195.00 for each additional night.
Winter rates effective October 1, through March 31. The
monthly rate is negotiable. 
Security deposit is $300.00 and due to hold dates.
Cancellation policy applies, will be included in vacation rental agreement, which will be prepared
and sent out for signatures after security deposit is received.
Rent payment is due 30 days prior to reservation date. Make check

Departure housekeeping fees: $125.00
