"Emerald Isle" is an gulf view Executive Home with Private pool that
is brand New to the rental Market starting June, 2007. One of our
early rental guest comments on Emerald Isle was:

"it's wonderful, I felt like I've been in a mini oceanside resort all
week, much needed quiet time in a beautiful beach home, we hope to be
back soon"

With it's own Private Pool, all New Furnishings inside, an Elevator
and professional landscaping outside, - we expected Emerald Isle to
book up fast... & it did! Check calendar for your week, if not
available let me know I have other homes too. 

"Emerald Isle" is a 1st tier depth home that is as close to the Beach
and Surf Line as our very popular Avalon Gulf Front home. There is a
great view to the southwest overlooking a large stretch of currently
undeveloped land and quiet beach. You can enjoy the sounds of the surf
as you watch the waves lap up onto the White Sand beach from all the
decks, sitting in the living room, or while you enjoy your meal in the
dining room or from any of the bedrooms.  All the main living area
rooms & bedrooms face the Gulf Waters and have large windows and glass
doors to enhance the views from inside the home.

Not only does Emerald Isle have great views of the Gulf of Mexico and
beach area for 1/4 mile to the west / southwest; after you walk the
few steps down to the beach, if you turn south, you can easily find
your own private & quiet spot for your beach day activities. 

Emerald Isle has never been on the rental market and has been newly
decorated by a professional decorator with all new furniture, 37 inch
plasma TV in the living room, 32" plasma with DVD in King master, new
linens, small kitchen appliances,kitchen wear, etc. Everything in this
home is brand new as of June 9,07 and beautiful, as well as very
comfortable inside.

Located just 1/2 mile to St Josephs State Park, it is located in one
of the most desirable beach areas on Cape San Blas. 

All four bedrooms face the Gulf. It has a Very Private King Master
Suite on the third floor with it’s own private deck. On the
first floor is a queen master suite, along with a bedroom furnished
with 2 sets of bunks and another room with a queen Murphy bed. There
is also a full size crib and high chair for the little beach visitors.

The large living and dining area also faces the Gulf and has a
table that seats 8 and 3 barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen
is stocked very well with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay on
Cape San Blas famed beaches.

color of the gulf water, you'll know what inspired the name Emerald Isle.

We had never been to Cape San Blas so choosing a place to stay was a
challenge, but Emerald Isle was definitely as described and one of the
nicest homes we have rented. The views were beautiful, home tastefully
decorated and so peaceful of an area we didn't want to leave!!! This
home could easily work for families or couples vacationing together as
the layout provides privacy if you need to have quiet time of your
own. I would recommend Emerald Isle and Cape San Blas if you want a
vacation with peace and downtime!!!

Had a wonderful time staying in this home! It had everything we
needed! The elevator & pool were definitely a bonus! :) Beautiful
views of the dunes, beach & ocean, as well as the bay.

Activities and Attractions

Things to enjoy while visiting the Cape:  Strolling on the pristine
beach while dolphins play in the surf. Outstanding fishing right from
the beach or in the huge bay a few minutes away. Sunning by the pool
or beach, quiet time with a book, SUNSETS to die for, beautifully 
landscaped grounds, a large state park just minutes a way….  If you 
enjoy un-crowded beach vacations, the Cape includes all this and 
more, you may discover you’ve found Paradise.

The Cape has bike, kayak, canoe rentals at our local Scallop Cove BP.
Happy Ours also rents kayaks & canoes and offers a guided eco-tours
and fishing/scalloping in the pristine Bay, this is really fun!

Cone Heads withing walking distance of Seacliffs offers hand dipped
ice cream cones and has expanded their menu to include sanwiches.
Their Hamburgs are awesome! Loggerheads is a restaurant on the
Cape that has a menu from pizza to a chef prepared filet or grouper
entree' Other great restaurants are just a short drive away to Port St
Joe 15 minutes or Apalachicola 30 minutes.  

Golf is within 20 minutes.
St Joseph State Park - 1/2 mile
Port St Joe - 14 miles
Historic Apalachicola - 30 minutes
Mexico Beach - 30 minutes
Panama City  - 60 minutes
