three lots along the channel wall and is is only 
four blocks from the charming Village of 
Pentwater. The wrap around deck has 
views of Lake Michigan, Pentwater Lake, sand dunes, boats 
and romantic sunsets. It is also a perfect 
setting for outdoor dining, private sunning and just R & R!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Accommodations: 
The home sleeps eight. Two second story bedrooms. Each with 
a king bed. A full bath is in between the 
two rooms. Half bath on the first floor.  Lower floor has one large 
bedroom with two twins beds, two twin bunk beds and a full bath. Third 
floor "beacon room" with stunning views. All appliances, cable TV and 
gas grill. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, EIGHT(8)GUEST LIMIT.

Activities and Attractions

On Site Activities: 
Fishing, biking, swimming, badminton, volleyball, croquet and other 
yard games. 
 
Within Close Walking Distance: 
Beaching and boating, Mears State Park,restaurants, ice cream, 
shopping, miniature golf, Charter Fishing, Pentwater Yacht Club and

Thursday evening band concert on the Village Green! 
 
Within 5-20 Minute Drive: 
Tennis courts, bike trails & bike rentals, 
several area golf courses, Silver Lake sand
