three lots along the channel wall and is only
four blocks from the charming Village of
Pentwater. The wrap around deck has
views of Lake Michigan, Pentwater Lake, sand dunes, boats
and romantic sunsets. It is also a perfect
setting for outdoor dining, private sunning and just R & R!

Accommodations:

The Master suite is located on the first floor. There are two second story bedrooms with king beds (one bedroom can be converted into two twins) and one full bath. There is a half bath on the first floor. Lower floor has a full bathroom and a large bedroom with two twins and a bunk bed (two twin beds). The third floor is the "Beacon Room" with stunning views. The house is equipped with all appliances, cable TV and gas grill. On site activities include: badminton, volleyball, croquet, swimming and fishing off the Channel wall. Within Close Walking Distance: Mears State Park, beaching, swimming, marinas and boating, restaurants, shopping, village life, ice cream, miniature golf, tennis and Pentwater Yacht Club. Within 5-20 Minute Drive: Pentwater Racket Club, Several golf courses, 30 miles of rails to trails wooded bike paths, Silver Lake sand dune rides and hiking trails at Ludington State Park. Don't miss the Thursday night Band Concert on the Pentwater Village Green! This home rents from Friday to Friday. The house accomodates 10.

Linens Needed: 2 king, 2 twin (or together as 1 king), 4 twins (2 are a 'bunk bed set')

Fishing, biking, swimming, badminton, volleyball, croquet and other
yard games.

Within Close Walking Distance:
Beaching and boating, Mears State Park,restaurants, ice cream,
shopping, miniature golf, Charter Fishing, Pentwater Yacht Club and
don�t forget the
Thursday evening band concert on the Village Green!

Within 5-20 Minute Drive:
Tennis courts, bike trails & bike rentals,
several area golf courses, Silver Lake sand
dunes and rides, hiking at Ludington
