A charming Cape style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The house is centrally located on the island, right between town and Surfside Beach. Steps to the bike trails and the NRTA, which is the public shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes every day from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. (May 19-Oct 8). The house is about a 15 minute walk to the school fields and shopping center (Stop & Shop, liquor store, fish market, etc.). It's also about an 8 minute walk to a large new playground. It's an easy bike ride or walk to the beach along the bike trail. The first floor living room has TV/Cable/DVD/wireless Internet. Cozy furnished kitchen and large dining area. Sliding door leads out to small deck with grill and patio area. Master bedroom on first floor with queen bed and full bath. Two second floor bedrooms, one with full size bed and twin bed. Other bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed. Full bath also upstairs. Sleeps 8. You will find everything you need here including linens, a complete kitchen, washer/dryer in large, clean basement and even a basketball court on the premises. This is also a pet friendly house.
