Our fully furnished, central air conditioned, Cape Cod style Ocean
Beach Bungalow is a remodeled one-bedroom, hardwood floor, craftsman
design with fenced yard. The complete re-model and upgrade gives
you the fresh feel of a new home, with the comfortable charm of the
beach area.

Beautifully landscaped, and manicured, the patio area is the perfect
spot for morning coffee or evening BBQ’s.

We used the finest materials and high end appliances for our re-
model. We paid particular attention to every detail, thus offering
our guests the best experience possible.

The kitchen and bath pictures show the beautiful black and green
granite countertops and bath enclosures. The bedroom is a
comfortable Cape Cod style with accented walls and decor.

Our housekeeping service is top of the line, which includes a
thorough inspection to ensure a fresh, extremely clean new home for
each guest.

Professionally decorated, the bungalow offers character and appeal.
All mattresses and pillows are covered for allergy prevention, and
the bedding is top quality with 300+ thread count sheets.

Our Ocean Beach Bungalow is only steps from the sand of one of San
Diego’s finest beaches. You are within walking distance to the
heart of San Diego’s most distinctive Beach town, Ocean Beach.
Being close to all that San Diego has to offer, you can enjoy a vast
array of any activity your heart desires.

The attraction of Southern California is the ability to enjoy many
activities such as Sailing, Biking, Skating, Swimming, Surfing,
Fishing, Diving, Golfing, Whale Watching, or just People Watching.
A few minutes drive will get you to many major shopping areas, fine
dining, and assortments of nightlife.
