  $100 a night weekday, $150 weekend. $500 a week. 

- High Season Rates:  May to Aug & special occasions.
  $140 a night weekday - $195 a night weekend 

* Above rates are for up to 4 people, each extra person is $10 more
per night.
* Rates may vary during holidays, school breaks or special events.
 
 -  Cleaning fee: $35(rate may vary depending on party size)
 -  Refundable Security Deposit: $150 (rate may vary depending on party size)
