Vacation Rental Description

One hour from Grand Canyon, Flagstaff in known for its beautiful  
trails in the mountain, its great downtown, its ski area and various  
events all year round. Flagstaff is a central place to get to  
Sedona, Lake Powel, Las Vegas. Come and enjoy the fresh air and  
sunny climate!  
We are renting our house in the pines, minutes from Downtown  
Flagstaff. Our home is 5 bedrooms with 1 california king, 3 double  
beds, 1 single bed for maximum 9 people (the single bedroom is small  
and situated in the master bedroom). With 3 full bathrooms, the  
house is 2500 sf with a 7000 sf back yard. The house is situated in  
Kachina Village, away from the train horn, in a very safe area,  
close to the fire station. Kids are welcome and will enjoy playing  
outside. We love our house : we have made a lot of improvment : new  
painting, appliances, flooring . and we wish you will enjoy staying  
in it as we did.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rental rate is 1350 dollars a week or 200 dollars per night .  
During legal holidays and from May to September, the rate is 1650 
dollars per week or 250 dollars per night.  
 
The same rate applies for 1 through 9 people. Please inquire for more 
than 9 people. 
 
No smoking in the house please. Cleaning fee is 125 dollars.  
 
Refunds 
50% Deposit will hold reservation, balance due 30 days before  
arrival. 4 nights minimum during high seasen. 2 nights minimum during 
low season. Any cancellation 60  
days or more before the schedule arrival will receive a full refund  
less a $150 fee. If less than 60 days from your arrival, we cannot  
guarantee a refund, but we will do our best to find a new renter,  
and if so, then we will be able to refund your deposit in full, less  
the $150 fee fee.
