I stay in Santa Barbara once a year. The last few years I have decided to rent a home instead of a hotel. This place was clean,simply and perfect. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! I walked to the Harbor, the Beach, Wharf and caught the Trolly to State Street to shop and dine. The kitchen was stocked with cooking and eating utensils and there was even a small ice chest to take to the beach. There is a fireplace if your feeling cool or romantic. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of cottage and the bathroom is roomy. The large living room had a sofa and love seat in addition to a daybed if you needed more sleeping area. I could have easily accommodated 6 people comfortably.The owner was also most attentive and helpful. I would stay here again!!

The property was beautiful, steps to the harbor and very close to State Street. More than enough room for 6 people, very clean and the owner was very helpful.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Perfect location. Nice, but nothing fancy.

This was a great rental experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone renting in Santa Barbara. The property would be plenty of room for a family of four.

It's nothing fancy, but we weren't spending much time in the house. It's literally a block off of the beach and right across the street from the harbor. It probably took less than a minute to reach the running trail along the beach/harbor. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood and the owner has an on-street parking permit.

If you're interested in experiencing Santa Barbara this is a really nice, economical place. If you need foo-foo amenities you should probably look elsewhere.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing
