your jewel.

ocean views for this unique 4 story building w/only 8 condos (2 on 
each floor- very private). Elevator.

Activities and Attractions

La Jolla has always been a thriving village center with long stretches 
of beach and coastline.  You will live privately and quietly in the 
center of all the energy.  Just steps to the park and ocean across the 
street. Add to this, the thrill of San Diego- go north to the 
racetracks, Del Mar Fair, Legoland, and east to the Wild Animal Park, 
and south to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Tijuana- La Jolla is 
centrally located to it all.  La Jolla is just a short 20 minute ride 
from the airport.

Refundable Security Deposit of $1000, included in first payment. 
Cleaning fee= $200
