Vacation Rental Description

Sunflower Cottage is situated beside Ross Creek and across the road ﷯﷯
from Shuswap Lake.  It is one of three vacation homes on the ﷯﷯
property of 4.6 acres (See Magna Bay Vacations and Lilac House). ﷯﷯
There is a wonderful swimming beach in the Ross Creek Day Use only ﷯﷯
park with picnic tables.  The cottage is very clean and well ﷯﷯
equipped.  One bedroom has a queen and a single bed, while the ﷯﷯
second bedroom has a double bed (this bedroom has a curtain ﷯﷯
doorway); and the living room has a single pull out sofa bed.  The ﷯﷯
decor is a lot of pine wood.  The kitchen is well equipped.  A deck ﷯﷯
out the back lets you view the 4.6 acres and listen to the creek go ﷯﷯
by.  There is a BBQ, patio furniture and fire pit for your use.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All bed linens, kitchen linens and towels are included.  Please ﷯﷯
bring your own beach towels and blankets.  This home has a washer ﷯﷯
and dryer.  The kitchen has a stove, fridge, micro-wave, coffee-﷯﷯
maker and all dishes and utensils.  There is a TV with a DVD ﷯﷯
player. 

Activities and Attractions

Swimming is directly across the road.  A boat launch is available ﷯﷯
close by.  We do have a boat buoy for our guests to use as well as, ﷯﷯
plenty of trailer parking.  We have a variety of outside games for ﷯﷯
guests to use.  Each vacation home has it's own fire pit, BBQ and ﷯﷯
outside patio furniture.  Golf is only minutes away.  A large ﷯﷯
grocery store, restaurants, arcades are ten minutes away.  A ﷯﷯
convenience store, movie rentals, liquor store are three minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Prime time is July and August.  Rate is $850./week (Saturday to ﷯﷯
Saturday).﷯﷯
﷯﷯Other is $600./week or $100./night.
