Beachfront Condo-Estero Beach and Tennis Club! in Fort Myers Beach

The waves are crashing on the shore, the seagulls are calling, you
open your eyes and look out the sliding glass doors at the Gulf of
Mexico. What a great way to spend your vacation!
In addition to the spectacular sunsets, wildlife abounds on the
shores of the Gulf of Mexico, and you can sit on your sixth floor
patio and enjoy the sites. Just think, you could wake up and see a
flock of pink flamingos? The sixth floor is easily accessed by an
elevator or stairs, with parking right outside the main door.

In 2007 we renovated the kitchen with all new appliances;
dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator with icemaker and
disposal. In addition to all that, there are all new cabinets and
ceramic floor. Like to entertain? The bedroom can be closed off
from the living room with a sliding panel.
The condo is located within the Estero Beach and Tennis Club which
sits on a lush 10 acres overlooking the white sands of the gulf.
There is much to do at the club, you will find a heated pool,
shuffle board, several tennis courts and one of the two remaining
natural beaches on the Florida Gulf Coast. Like to birdwatch? Your
condo overlooks one of the best birdwatching areas around.

You are within walking distance from shopping centers,just across the street, 8 different restaurants,
boat rentals and sightseeing tours, charter fishing and a public golf course. A vintage trolley
car stop is just across the street and you can ride throughout the
island from Lover's Key to Times Square. In addition there are
miles of walking trails along the Gulf.

The Lover's Key State park is a magnificent attraction and just 10 minutes away!
