Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet setting, then this is where you want to be.  Log 
cabin which can accommodate up to 10 people situated on 1 acre of land, backing up to 
Dixie National Forest. Knotty Pine interior throughout this 2,800 sq. ft. home.  Second story 
features two bedrooms (each with queen size bed);  1/2 bath.  Main level features living room  
with queen size sofa bed, master bedroom (queen size bed), full bath, kitchen and gazebo 
(where you can view wild life); heated basement features queen size sofa bed and 1/2 bath, 
plus shower.    Plenty of room to put sleeping bags, or air mattresses.  Two Fireplaces - one 
in living room and one in basement.  Washer and dryer in basement.  Television and DVD 
player in living room and TV in basement.  
Enjoy the sunset from the spacious deck, which includes a grill for outdoor cooking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Dixie National Forest boasts many miles of hiking trails, snowmobile and  ATV trails.  ATVs 
and snowmobile rentals available in Duck Creek Village.  Village stores await your visit.  
Swains Creek Pines Pond is stocked with trout for your daily fishing enjoyment.  You are 
allowed to catch up to 10 fish a day - then bring them home and grill them!
Wild life abounds.  Deer can often be seen in the back yard, or wandering through forest. 
Quiet and peaceful setting.
Excellent photo opportunities
Shakespeare Festival is just 35 miles down the mountain in Cedar City
Brian Head is 15 miles away, Zion is 20 miles away, and Bryce Canyon is 40 miles away.  
Wonderful day trip!

Activities and Attractions

The Dixie National Forest will give you many hours of relaxing hikes where you can take 
pictures of the local wild life; ATV or snowmobile riding.  Great fishing in local pond
horseback riding is available also

Vacation Rental Rates

$135 per night up to 4 people- minimum two night stay
$225 per night 5 to 10 people - minimum two night stay 
50% deposit due upon signing contract
Balance due one week prior to rental date
One time cleaning fee of $135
Security deposit of $500 required upon signing contract 
Initial deposit fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to occupancy
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to occupancy, a processing fee of $75 will be charged
We accept AMEX,PAYPAL, VISA and MASTERCARD.
