Vacation Rental Description

This is a wonderful home with an attached inlaw suite.  The home is 
about 1/8 mile from Cape Cod Bay.  The main house has 3 bedrooms, a 
kitchen, dining room, and bathroom, and the in-law suite has 1 
bedroom, 1 bathroom and a full kitchen.  The main house has a patio 
with views of Cape Cod Bay.  The inlaw suite has a patio/deck with a 
view of the Bay.  House is located on 1/2 lot.  We are near the Cape 
Cod National Seashore, and off the beaten path.  The Cape Cod 
bicycle trail is within 1 1/2 miles.  The famous Welfleet Drive in 
movie theater is about 20 minutes from our house.  Blankets and 
pillows are provided.  Tenant to provide own linens and towels.

Apr 19-Jun 20 $1500 per week
Jun 21-Labor day week $2000 per week
Labor Day-Columbus Day $1500 per week

Rates vary from $1000 per week to $2000 per week, depending upon the 
time of year.  Peak summer weeks are $2000. This house is rented 
Saturday to Saturday during the summer.  Check in time is 3 PM and 
check out time is 10 AM.  Off peak rental dates are flexible.
