Vacation Rental Description

Recently  renovated second floor condo with elevator located in the 
beautiful protected preserve of the famous WCI community of Tarpon 
Bay Club. Luxury condo available for seasonal monthly rentals.  This 
1,450 sq. ft.2 bedrooms / 2 baths unit is located on the second 
floor, with accessability to an  elevator.  
Remodeled kitchen with granite countertops all new appliances 
including gas stove, new carpeting and just painted. The kitchen is 
fully equipped, new Cuisinart cookware including everything you need 
to make breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Queens size bed in master 
bedroom with flat screen TV, private bath and large walk in closet. 
The second bedroom has twin beds with it’s own bathroom.The unit has 
washer and dryer also avilable ia an  areo bed which sleeps two  
extra guests.
 Screened lanai over looks a nature preserve,  with  access 
from Master Bedroom and  living room.
Tarpon Bay consists of natural preserve areas, three lakes and the 
Castaways Club, which is our community's focal center. Here you will 
find a private sand beach, state-of-the-art fitness center and 
billiards room, along with a well-equipped business center for 
resident's use. Relaxing and  sun filled days are spent lounging by 
the invisible edge, resort-style pool or playing tennis.
