has never been rented before and is very well maintained. 1 queen size
bed on 1st level master. 2 full size beds on 1st level bedroom. 1
queen size bed on second level bedroom. Cable TV, Washer and Dryer,
and outside enclosed shower. Private gated community, pool for owners
and renters, beach is 50 yards across quiet street. Very quiet and
laid back environment. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Great ocean breeze on both decks.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Private pool and Beach walk with card key access. Secured gated
entrance to community. Park with playground is across the street by
the sound side. Great centralized and quiet location on the island.
Cable TV, central A/C, washer and dryer, private enclosed outside
shower, 2 car parking underneath, access to storage room.
