Location

All the amenities one would expect in a modern home. The home is situated on a mountain top and
has extentive decking and high balconies, all with long distance views of the Smoky Mountains. The
home backs up to the National Forest, and a mountain biking trail is within 50 feet of the back
door. This trail connects to the Applachian Trail and the Tsali State mountain bike trails.

The home is located within 10 minutes of Nanthala River and the white water rafting/kayaking. Additionally smaller rivers are just as close for inter tubing. Lake Fontana is situated at the base of the mountain (5 minutes) where boats and pontoons are available for rental.  We have a canoe available for your use which is great on the lake, or for using as a swimming platform in the lake. 

A professional slate pool table and ping pong table are available in the basement game room.

This home has over 5100 sq feet of interior space, to even 10-12 vacationer can feel comfortable and have privacy.
