Vacation Rental Description

Newer and modern, five bedroom, contemporary house with deeded 
access to beach on Highland Lake with mooring and dock (three minute 
walk) and only ten minutes from Shawnee Peak Ski Resort available 
for day and night skiing. Located in a great town outside or 
Portland, Maine. Easy access to food and shopping.

The house has an open floor plan with three levels. Main floor 
offers Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, and Half Bath. Kitchen is 
fully applianced and home is nicely furnished. The lower level 
offers two bedrooms and a Living Room area as well as a three-
quarter bath. Upper level offers three bedrooms and a full bath.

House has one acre of land, large deck with built-in seating, large 
driveway for plenty of parking, lots of windows, and lots of space. 
This is a terrific property for all season use. Enjoy the lake in 
the summer with the beach, dock, and boat ramp (motorized boats & 
jetskis allowed) and enjoy in the winter with skiing and snow-tubing 
park.
