This is a beautiful 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath end unit townhome in the
luxurious Emerald Island Resort. Our home comes furnished to the
highest standards with all conveniences including 2 televisions,
fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The home is situated only a
few yards away from one of the resort swimming pools and jacuzzis.

The Emerald Island Resort is a 300 acre gated community surrounded
by conservation area with 11 heavily wooded acres in the center of
the complex.
Only 3 miles to Disney and a short walk or drive from shopping or
dining, this townhome serves as a relaxing retreat while central to
everything the worlds' most popular destination has to offer.

Low Season: $500.00 per week / $75.00 per night

High Season: $600.00 per week / $90.00 per night
12/15/07 to 1/6/08, 3/31/08 to 4/8/08, 7/1/08 to 8/31/08
12/15/08 to 1/6/09

Note: A $200.00 Security Deposit is required for all rentals.
A $65.00 cleaning fee added for rentals 4 nights and under.
Holiday High Season must be full week rentals.
