Vacation Rental Description

Just five minutes from Lake Minnetonka.  Peaceful setting.   Close 
enough to cities to still commute to work if necessary.  Minneapolis 
city bus line 1 short block away.  Immediately surrounded (just out 
the front door) by beautiful Minnetonka trails, for biking or 
hiking.  Cross country skiing in the winter months.  

Sit and relax, or enjoy the scenic trails.  Very quiet and peaceful 
setting for you to unwind and meditate on the natural surroundings.  
Cross country skiing and other winter sports on the nearby lakes and 
trails. Golf courses nearby. Enjoy flea marketing, antique shopping, 
or browse the high end and unique shopping opportunities in 
neighboring Wayzata and Excelsior shops.  Mall of America is an easy 
commute for the real go-getter!

The kitchen has stove, microwave, and dishwasher.  If it is the 
cooks vacation too, don't worry, there are wonderful resturants 
close by in Minnetonka and Wayzata. Within 5 minutes you can be 
eating Italian dishes from Carbones, burgers at or from Minnetonka 
Drive-In, Chinese (2 choices), Subway, Carribou Coffee,  or our 
local Big Buck Roadhouse with a wide variety of American cuisine and 
more.  Public Library, trails, and multiple places of worship all in 
less than 5 minutes from the door.

Amenities: Master bedroom with queen sized bed.  Large upstairs 
bathroom with tub and shower (separate), and twin bathroom sinks.  
Four season room off the livingroom.  Gas fireplace with Cable TV 
(65 channel, 32 inch screen) in the living room.  

Full kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 
coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils and dishes provided. 

Central air conditioning, and forced air furnace.  Washer and dryer. 
Fully furnished.  Bed & bath linens provided.

Activities on site or nearby include but are not limited to: Hiking,
Biking, Golf, Fishing, Tennis, Basketball, Baseball/Softball, 
Hunting, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Party at bars with live music 
and dancing, Fine Dinning and Casual Restaurants, Swimming, Boating, 
Water-skiing/tubing, Jet-skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Skate

-Payment is Advance Deposit($250) & Balance Paid in Full 2 weeks 
prior to arrival.  
-$850.00 - $1,000.00 per week based on double occupancy(Holiday rates
will be applied, please inquire)nightly and weekend availability 
with us, also.  
Minimum stays and rates apply.
-Nightly/Weekend rates quoted and reserved as availability        
permits.  Dates may be held open for weekly rentals.  
-Available Year Round
-3:00 PM Check In / 10:00 AM Check Out
-No Pets allowed at all(no exceptions)
-Ask about special extended stay rates.
-All information deemed accurate, but subject to change without
