Vacation Rental Description

Our wonderful Florida Family Vacation Rental Home is located in a well maintained, 
quiet and gated (!) upscale community, just miles from the famous fun and 
family parks. Enjoy the screened-in pool, or relax on the 
lanai 
after a day of excitement at the parks. Prepare a nice meal, watch a 
movie or play a game of pool in our airconditioned games room! Our 
house is very nicely furnished, comes with all the things you need !

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen, with refridgerator, dishwasher, oven, 
microwave, coffeemaker, toaster etc. etc.
Outside barbeque grill.
TV, DVD and VCR
Free highspeed wireless internet
Free long-distance phone calls
Community pool (if you don't want to enjoy your own pool..) with child safe playground and tennis 
court! (less than a minute walk from our house).
Games room, with full size Pool table!!

We now offer the LOWEST RATES EVER!!  $ 100 per night!!! For the remainder of the year !!
(our normal rates are from $ 130 up to 150 per night.....)

Still AVAILABILITY for JUNE/JULY: perfect LAST MINUTE BOOKING, $ 700 per week!!! Call NOW

Weeks of New Year, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor 
day, Thanksgiving and Christmas: $ 130 per night !

Minimum 3 night stay required with daily rates
Standard cleaning fee $85 applies.
Refundable Security Deposit ($ 300) required with contract
