Nestled within 6 acres of conservation land, this tranquil setting
will allow you to relax and unwind.
The private white sand beach has a seating area, a mahogony
dock, a sunbathing area, and is perfect for adults and children
alike. The lake is crystal clear and is shallow out about 50-60 feet.

Walking distance to Corporation Beach (about 9/10 of a mile), the
Cape Playhouse, Dennis Public Market, Scargo Hill Tower, numerous quaint antique and gift shops, several restaurants, town library, post office, and the
famous Ice Cream Smuggler. All places listed are within a 5-20 minute walk.

other side has seating for 5 on a comfortable patio sofa/love seat set-all with a view of beautiful Scargo Lake.
