condo directly overlooks the pool/hot tub and is in the building
closest to the boardwalk. This unit has been recently redecorated
and is in great condition.

dishwasher, coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, ice maker, TV
in both bedrooms, TV/DVD in living room, cable, CD player.

If exercise is what you are looking for, enjoy the tennis court,
sand volleyball, or pave bike/running path along 30A. There are
many golf courses to choose from for the golfers.

Destin is only 10 miles west with Silver Sands Outlet Mall,
restaurants, and entertainment. Seaside is 6 miles east with great
shopping and concerts. Only a block away, enjoy the ice cream
parlor, shops, and free summer concerts at Gulf Place Plaza.
