and grounds are truely unique for the Central Florida area. Only 15 
minutes to the Villages, 30 min. to Ocala and Silver Springs, and 3 
miles to Lake Weir!

Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom/2 baths in the main house and 4th 
bedroom in separate guest house with its own private deck, beach 
bath and garden walkway leading to a relaxing Tiki Hut at the waters 
edge. The perfect place to watch the sun rise!  

Split floorplan with pocket doors leading to the guest quarters (for 
complete privacy) with full bath and two bedrooms, french doors 
opening to the screened pool. Generous master suite with walk-
in closet and shower, and double vanity with marble vessel sinks. 
Ideal accomodations for two or three couples wanting to share the 
home!  

Tucked away on over half an acre of lush tropical gardens, Koi pond 
with lighted waterfall, private sandy beach with second Tiki Hut 
picnic area, outdoor Tiki shower, fire pit, dock with jet ski lift, 
private boat ramp,screened pool w/waterfall and fiber optic lights.

Pet Friendly Home with privacy fence and scheduled lawn pest 
control!

Bring your boat or jet ski, home is located canal front on a deep private lake. 
Its at the end of the canal so there is no boat  traffic and no homes across the canal. 
Perfect for skiers and bass fishing!

13' fiberglass fishing boat available for $40 per day. Discount 
provided for two or more days.  Canoe and bicycle provided at 
no additional charge! 

Only 3 miles to World Famous Gator Joes restaurant, 2 miles 
to Carney Island recreation park, 15 min. to the Villages, 30 
minutes to downtown Ocala and Silver Springs,approx. one hour to 
Daytona Beach, Tarpon Springs,Gainesville and 1.5 hours to Orlando 
or Tampa Bay. 

Vacation Rental Rates

One Week: Jan-April $1,500  May-Dec $1,350 plus $100 cleaning fee
Monthly:  $3,500-$3,800 includes bi-mthly cleaning service
6-mth lease- Contact owner

Includes a bicycle, canoe, lawn & pool maintenace, pest 
control,utilities,bottled water and soft water service, local 
telephone, cable in family room and master,DVD/entertainment system, 
high-speed Internet! 

$1,000 refundable security deposit
$200 refundable pet deposit 
Rentals less than 6 mths are subject to applicable sales tax


For nightly, weekly rental or for larger parties, I also own the 
house next door (see ID#29316) The two homes together sleeps 12-15 
people.  Discount provided for both homes.  Perfect for small 
weddings, family reunions or corporate retreats!
