Off Season Rates starting May 1, 2012 are:   $ 725 / weekly, $ 1,350 / bi-monthly, and, $ 2,200 a month. The rate for additional days is  $ 110.  Holidays rates may be slightly higher.

Our Resort Villa provides the best corner oceanfront location, on the beach front with fabulous coastal ocean views (east and north) and a tasteful interior decor. Our rental guests have the priviledge to use the Marriott's Ocean Club Silver Membership (just a $25 card charge) which extends the resort's amenity privileges for our guest's vacation enjoyment.

Once at the Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina, your need for a car is not necessary. You will be able to take advantage of the Resort Trolley. The Trolley picks you and your guests up adjacent to our Spoonbill Resort Villa directly in front of the Marriott's beach resort tiki bar pool and escorts you throughout the Resort Property.

Use your assigned OceanClub guest membership card and enjoy their beach amenities such as beach lounger with umbrella at a $20 fee per day  along with unlimited bottled water. Just call the Marriott Reservation Center or see beach house attendant.

Nearby: Area attractions are located within minutes of Hutchinson Island. To get off the island onto the mainland simply cross the causeway either to Stuart or Jensen Beach for fun dining and shopping experiences, theater and music. Both the Mets and Cardinals
baseball teams have spring training practice seasons and game events                        for the sport enthusiast.

There are educational programs available through the Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center, Bathtub Reef Park, FPL's Energy Encounter, and Treasure Coast Wild-life Center.

Area: Located just 45 minutes north of Palm Beach, our Spoonbill Resort Villa and the Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina is centrally located and a perfect home base for day trips to all of Florida's main attractions. Within a two hour drive south is Miami or north is the Kennedy Space Center. Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and all of the other Orlando attractions  are a 90 minute drive on the tollway. Major airlines provide frequent flights to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach and Orlando airports all are International Airports.

A Florida State and County use tax of 10.5%  plus an $85.20 cleaning fee will be assessed on all rental agreements less than 6 months. 

To use owner's OceanClub Silver Membership there is a one time $25 card fee for the guest renter(s) of the unit.

Resort Rental Program/Administrator: Our Spoonbill Resort Villa participates with the Resorts' Exclusive On-site Rental Program/Administrator who will process and register all rental agreements and will provide on-site services to our registered guests.

Deposit Requirements:
The Resort's exclusive On-site Rental Program/Administrator shall
collect all monetary transactions. A reservation deposit of 25% of
the total rent is required at the time the rental agreement is
signed, before a reservation can be confirmed. An additional 25% is
due 90 days prior to the date of occupancy. A security deposit
(refundable), cleaning fee and balance of rent are due the date of
occupancy. Applicable sales and use tax is applied to all rental for
less than six months.
