Spoonbill, a privately owned Oceanfront Resort Villa, adjacent to
the Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina, formerly known
as the Indian River Plantation Resort, is one of Florida's finest
luxury resort communities. The Spoonbill Resort Villa's have a
direct Atlantic oceanfront location in the middle of the resort's
1,700 feet of private beach. Our Spoonbill Resort Villa has a
Silver Membership with the Ocean Club at Hutchinson Island Marriott
that allows our guests to enjoy the resort's amenities that span
from the Atlantic Ocean on the east to the Intracoastal Waterway's
mile wide Indian River on the west.
If you would like to enjoy a spectacular beach view 1 bedroom/1 bath
Resort Villa that gives you the opportunity to look at panoramic
coastline ocean views and listen to the ocean serenade from your
front room/lanai, dining room and bedroom windows, this may be your

moonlit ocean evenings while having breakfast, dinner, or a cocktail
on the unobstructive ocean beach. Our Spoonbill Resort Villa has,
by far, one of the best ocean view's the Resort has to offer. It is
a corner unit with both direct front and side views up and over the
beach dune board walk access to the beach. This corner of paradise
is available for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals.

Resort Amenities: A maximum of 4 guests may use our Ocean Club
Hutchinson Island Marriott guest privileges and enjoy reciprocity
rights for advance reservation/tee times at the established Silver
Membership green fee rate at the following golf courses: Ocean Club-
Hutchinson Island Marriot; Eagle Marsh County Club-Jensen Beach;
Hammock Creek-Palm City and Florida Club-Stuart.
Additional guest fee amenities include: Tennis, Biking, Sailing,
Windsurfing, Scuba Diving, Reef Snorkeling, Kayaking, Para-sailing,
and Water/Jet Skiing. Children Program Activities (vary seasonally)
include such activities as arts and crafts, face painting, sand
castle building, pool side games, aracade night, and family movie
night. Marriott's Beach Resort & Marina Lady Atlantic Cruise Center
has reasonably priced day cruises available at the resort to
destinations and tours of the St.Lucie River, Jupiter Island, and
various Nature Cruises.
All of the above are guest fee amenities of the on-site Resort
amenity program and are available to Silver membership guests.
Complimentary privileges are inclusive to the Marriott main hotel
pool(live music poolside Fri/Sat/Sun seasonal), and beach resort
pools,hot tubs and tiki bars, island deck lap pool, table tennis,
vollyball, fitness and game arcade center. With your assigned guest
membership card you will enjoy complimentary towel use and poolside
activities with charging privileges to your established account to
enjoy resort amenity, restaurants, and bar facilities. Once at the
Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina, your need for a
car is not necessary. You will be able to take advantage of the
Resort Trolley. The Trolley picks you and your guests up adjacent to
our Spoonbill Resort Villa directly in front of the Marriott's beach
resort tiki bar pool and escorts you throughout the Resort Property.
If a member of your party gets the beach blues then jump on the
Palm Beach Princess Shuttle Bus. The shuttle bus service is Complimentary.
Free Boarding passes require a 24 hour reservation.
Daily Route and Time Postings are published on website pbcasino or
by calling the Palm Beach Priness Casino Line. Route pick-up/drop-off locations vary
seasonal and are located within minutes of the Marriotts Beach Resort and Marina. Gourmet
restaurants, fine boutiques, theater "live" entertainment and Casino Gambling will surely insure
your beach blues will disappear and recharge your imagination of riding the surf of the beautiful
blue Oceanfront Atlantic.

Nearby: Area attractions are located within minutes of Hutchinson
Island. To get off the island onto the mainland simply cross the
causeway to Stuart and Jensen Beach for fun dining and shopping
experiences, theater and music. Both the Mets and Cardinals
Baseball teams have spring training practice seasons and game events
for the sport enthusiast. There are educational programs available
through the Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center, Bathtub Reef Park,
FPL's Energy Encounter, and Treasure Coast Wild-life Center.
Area: Located just 45 minutes north of Palm Beach, our Spoonbill
Resort Villa and the Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort &
Marina is centrally located and a perfect home base for day trips to
all of Florida's main attractions. Within a two hour drive
south is Miami or north is the Kennedy Space Center, Disney World,
or all the other Orlando attractions. Major airlines provide
frequent flights to West Palm Beach or Orlando airport. Both are
international airports.

A Florida State and County use tax of 10.5% plus an $85.20
cleaning fee will be assessed on all rental agreements less than 6 months.
Resort Rental Program/Administrator: Our Spoonbill Resort Villa
participates with the Resorts' Exclusive On-site Rental
Program/Administrator who will process and register all rental
agreements and will provide on-site services to our registered
guests.
Deposit Requirements:
The Resort's exclusive On-site Rental Program/Administrator shall
collect all monetary transactions. A reservation deposit of 25% of
the total rent is required at the time the rental agreement is
signed, before a reservation can be confirmed. An additional 25% is
due 90 days prior to the date of occupancy. A security deposit
(refundable), cleaning fee and balance of rent are due the date of
occupancy. Applicable sales and use tax is applied to all rental for
less than six months.
