This mountain top home is secluded with magnificent views of the 
valley below and surrounding mountains.  Situated up above the 
vineyard, you can enjoy the vineyard views without being bothered by 
the day to day activities.  

Indulge Yourself!  New 6 person hot tub has 50 jets, 3 pumps and a lounge.  Hot tub is situatied to 
provide 
privacy and a Million Dollar View of the valley and Mountains while relaxing in the heat.  To add to 
your 
indulgence, relax in the new 4 person Sauna.  Six Far Infrared heaters provide the healthiest and 
most 
comfortable Sauna you can experience.  Finish your indulgence with a dip in the pool.

101 and you can also be on your way to San Francisco for the day and 
evening.  It does not come more convenient or more centrally located.

This 1080sf home offers two bedrooms with luxurious European pillow 
beds that comfortably sleep 4.  A den can be closed off to allow two 
additional guest private accomodations.  The kitchen is stocked and 
outfitted to allow you to explore your culinary skills should you 
desire.  The secluded back yard features a pool surrounded by 
gardens and mature trees.  A dog run is available for your pet.  
From the front of the house relax and enjoy the magnificent views of 
the valley below and the mountains in the distance.  Take a walk 
through the vineyards and climb the ridge for a truly unique 360 
degree view of wine country at its best.  Enjoy the amazing sunset

only 10 minutes to downtown Santa Rosa, 50 minutes to the Golden 
Gate Bridge and San Francisco, 15 minutes to Old Town Sonoma or 
Healdsburg and 20 minutes to Calistoga in Napa Valley.  Visit quant 
Glen Ellen only minutes away or cross the mountain to St. Helena in 
Napa only 30 minutes away.

If non-wine pursuits are on your agenda then explore the hundreds of 
miles of hiking, horseback riding and biking trails that are 
accessible within a couple miles of your hilltop home.  Or simply 
hike the vineyard itself.  With sixty acres of land all within the 
fenced estate with rolling hills, steep hillside vineyards and rocky 
ridges, this is sure to challenge even the most intrepid hiker.

Your backyard pool is a perfect place to relax in the heat of the 
day and plan your next move.  The main estate home is out of sight 
but also on the property so help and advice are always readily 
available.  And of coarse, we can always fit you with boots and 
gloves and put you to work in the vineyards if your not careful.
