Access Parking to the beautiful, white sand beach within walking distance
from the condo. You can also enjoy the finest golfing,
shopping, and dining, that Naples has to offer...just minutes away!
The condo has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool from the
Living Room, Bedrooms, and Lanai. The decor is of floridian bright
colors on walls, hardwood floors in living-dining area, tiled
kitchen and bathrooms with plush carpets in bedrooms and as you can
see by our pictures the furnishings in living and dining are new and
includes, 2 TV's-cable and DVD player. The Master Bedroom has a king-
size bed, with full bath, and a walk-in closet. The Guest Room has
twin beds with large closet. The Guest Bath is tiled and includes a
full size tub with shower. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The Kitchen is well equipped with Refrigerator-Freezer,
Range-Oven and Microwave, Dishwasher and Disposal and Coffee Maker
with Dining Area that will accommodate 6 seats. The
Laundry Room is in house with full size Washer and Dryer.

Walk to Private Beach/Gulf Access less than a mile away with miles
of walkways along the beach. (My husband calls it the Garden of
