flatware, etc for 12 in the event you have guests visiting.

Living Room - The living area has room for all 8, with a scenic
view of the lake, large 52" TV w/surround sound, full access cable,
VCR, DVD, XBox and fully stocked fireplace. CD's, DVD'S and games
available upon request at no charge or local rental store.

Kitchen - Just renovated
Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. Sink,
fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, beater,
etc. . The fridge is fully stocked with condiments i.e.: soda for
your stay, coffee, creamers, ketchup, mustard, mayo, salt/pepper,
sugar, S/L etc.

Deck Area - The outside deck is furnished for 12. Newly added
oversized propane BBQ.

Outside Yard - Also has additional dining area with large Stainless
Steel gas BBQ grill with utensils.

Laundry Room - Washer and dryer with detergent and softener is
supplied

Utilities - Unlimited local Telephone calls, full access cable, PC
with high speed internet access, electric heat, filtered water
system & ice maker.

Misc. - Ceiling fans in every room. Central Alarm monitoring. House
is fully stocked with misc condiments (ie: soap, toliet paper,
shampoo, toothpaste, etc). Parking for 6 mid sized cars

We do rent to under 25 year olds. Restriction apply. Security

All inclusive means fully loaded with amenities: soap, shampoo,

decide to use the facilities wthin the community. They are $7/daily or
$22 weekly per person. No
food, alcoholic beverages included! If you do not want the inclusive
amentiies, deduct 10% from the rental.
