quaint and cozy antique decorated A-Frame house nestled in fir
and pine forest that has been host to guests from around the
world. Sleeps people over the age of 6 years comfortably.

Located next door to The Treehouse, Raven's Nest Cottage, a newly restored one story bungalow, sleeps four and has boat parking. Raven's Nest is also listed on VacationRentals.com under the Treehouse listing.

Located just 8 minutes from Hirz Bay boat launch, these
houses have pretty views of Shasta Lake, four mountain
peaks, and Shasta-Trinity National Forest from their spacious front
decks. A private retreat on eight acres.

Treehouse and Raven's Nest amenities vary slightly. Please call with questions.

Kitchen- fully equipped - stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster,
blender, pots/pans, all utensils, dishes, all glassware, coffee
maker, coffee grinder, all paper products. A/C unit
Bathroom- all towels, hairdryer, tissue, soap
Living Room- sofa/bed (sleeps 1), chairs, coffee and end tables,
game table w/games, books, stereo/CD player (bring your
favorite music), wood stove, central heating, TV/VCR/DVD
combination with movies (bring your own favorites, too)
& satellite television.
Dining area - table and 6 chairs, placemats, napkins,
centerpiece
Master and guest bedroom - queen sleigh bed and double bed,
all bed linens, blankets and pillows, dressers, night stands,
lamps, chairs, overhead fans.
Front deck - deck table and chairs and adirondacks
Rear porch area - BBQ, A/C unit, washer and dryer, picnic table

World class boating, waterskiing and fishing are minutes away from The Treehouse.

Snow skiing at Mt Shasta is 45 minutes north, Redding is 25 minutes south and nearest groceries, gas, and also wireless internet (at Allyson's Restaurant next to Lakeshore Villa Market) are 15 minutes away (Highway 5 north) in Lakehead.

Minimum - four nights at $175.00 per night plus 10% hotel tax.
Weekly Rate during holidays and summer season - $1,100.00 per week plus 10% hotel tax.

Off season weekends- two night minimum= $400.00

$200.00 refundable security deposit (if house is left in clean condition. A departure list must be followed.)
