Vacation Rental Description

This attractive Villa is located in the gated community of the Desert
Princess Country Club on the fifth hole of the Cielo Course. The 
Villa includes a private pool and spa. The master bedroom suite has a 
king bed, cable TV, walk-in closet & walk-in shower  Second 
bedroom is en suite with a queen bed, full bath with tub and walk-in closet. The den has a 
hide-a-bed with a full size mattress. Guest half bath bath is in the hallway.  
Comfortably sleeps 4 to 6. The patio includes private pool and 
spa, dinette set and a gas BBQ. Exposure is morning sun with 
afternoon sun/shade, and view of the San Jacinto mountains. Includes a two car garage with remote 
opener, A/C, 3 Cable TV’s, DVD player, Stereo, CD Player. Fully loaded kitchen with granite counters 
& entertainment bar. Formal and informal dining areas. 
Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, cooking utensils provided, 
towels and linens provided. Washer & Dryer provided, ceiling fans, local phone 
service. No smoking. Pets negotiable.

                 Monthly   $3500

June-October:     Weekly    $1000
Off Season        Monthly   $2500

$500 security deposit, with $150 cleaning fee deducted upon departure. 
Deposit is due at time of reservation. 30 cancellation required.
Remaining balance due 15 days prior to arrival
