del Mar condominium will add to your enjoyment of our beautiful
Atlantic Ocean Community. 

Our Condominium is our personal beach getaway and we have many family
gatherings throughout the year.  

Our Location is a 1/2 block from the Ocean and 4 blocks east of A1A.
A quiet and intimate 14 Unit Complex close to the Ocean yet out of 
the way of noise & busy beach traffic.

Our beach location is the choice of the locals;  Surf Fishing
Anglers, Surfers, Wind Surfers and sunbathers.  Wide and quiet beach
with Florida vegetation and a spectacular view of Shuttle and Rocket
launches. 

The location also gives you a view of the 1836 Canaveral Lighthouse
due North. An operating lighthouse which has been restored to its
original grace. Many descendants of the  original lighthouse keeper,
Col. Burnham, still live in our community. 

A private guided tour can be arranged to the Lighthouse and launch
gantries that propelled the U.S. into Space. 

Your second floor unit affords you the comfort of a large outdoor
breezeway which captures the feel of "Old Florida"; with sea breezes &
native tropical plants.  

The outdoor furnishings allow you the solitude of intimate dinning or
