Vacation Rental Description

Gaviotas 2  is a beautiful, Spanish style, recently constructed complex with a large  
swimming pool and shaded palapa. It has a central location, close to  
everything,  right in the middle of Playa  (probably one of the best  
off the beach locations in Playa). 
5-10 minutes  walking distance to Mamitas Beach and Avenida 5th. 
Large grocery supermarket is across the street and Walmart is just a  
short stroll away. WE COULD ACCOMMODATE LARGER GROUPS. MULTIPLE UNITS AVAILABLE.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This a a fully furnished, contemporary style condo with a Mexican  
flair. 
 
Kitchen - fully equipped incl. all dishes, pots, microwave, toaster 
Dining Room - table with chairs for 6, china cabinet 
Living Room - comfortable sofa with a glass coffe table, TV and DVD  
Master Bedroom - queen bed, private bath 
2nd Bedroom - 2 twin beds (could be put together), private bath 
Laundry - front load washer/dryer, ironing boad, storage cabinets 
Balcony - table with chairs + hammock 
 
There are 3 seperate A/C units for each room

SPECIAL OCT/NOV $ 650/A WEEK         
 
Pay with wire transfer, personal or certified check, or credit card 
Rates include taxes, 5% credit card fee or $ 20 wire transfer 
30% deposit required to hold the reservation 
Balance - 30 days before arrival (non refundable) 
Security deposit $ 500 cash upon arrival, refundable upon inspection  
and return of keys
