Nicely decorated condo in a highly desirable complex - Gaviotas 2, which is a beautiful, Spanish style design and architecture, with a large swimming pool and shaded palapa. It has a very central, unbeatable location, close to all major attractions in Playa. We are only 5-10 minutes walking distance to Mamitas Beach and Avenida 5th. One of the largest grocery supermarkets - MEGA is just across the street and Walmart is 2 blocks down. There are many resturants, cafes, fresh juice/smoothies and health food stores just around the corner.
