the living room, and private deck.  The second bedroom has 2 single 
beds.  This condo is just steps to the river or ocean.  This 
area of the beach is quiet, peaceful & drive-free.  NO PETS ALLOWED. 
Non-smoking unit.

This condo is in a 13 acre complex with 3 pools.  Fully furnished 
condo with full-kitchen, master suite with dressing area, walk-in 
shower, sun room, private deck, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds.

Activities and Attractions

Ormond Beach is a lovely seaside community often called 
the “sparkling city by the sea.”  It is 50 miles south of historic 
St. Augustine, 60 miles east of Orlando and 60 miles from the 
Kennedy Space Center. This condo is right across the street from a 
quiet peaceful drive-free beach.  The scenic Tomoka State Park, 
located just three miles north of Ormond Beach is perfect for 
fishing, boating, hiking and camping.
