Vacation Rental Description

This magnificent and very exclusive  property  of approximately  
2,500 sq feet of private area  located directly on  the  sandy beach  
with palm trees is furnished and decorated with wonderful antiques  
and objects of art for enjoying an atmosphere of flair and elegance  
of  the romantic Age of the 19 th century  Yucatan Haciendas . 
 
The finishings  in Italian  Carrara  marble , granite  , precious  
hand carved woods and quarry stone, as well as all details, fine  
furniture  and antiques make this property , unique in Cancun ;a   
real   jewel  of good taste and elegance for an unforgettable  
vacation . 
 
Its location in a beach front  corner of the Blue Bay Development  
makes it ideal , since it is very tranquil and has the advantages of  
the Hotel Services of the Blue Bay Club : 2 swimming pools with  
Jacuzzi,  windsurfing, kayaks, tennis courts, gym, kids club , etc  
It is located just at 5 to 10 min. drive from Cancun Downtown and 10  
to 15 min from the Hotel Zone and about 30 to 40  min  from the  
Airport.  
 
Internet Access is available at the Hotel Lobby as well travel  
agency and concierge facilities. 
 
This penthouse is located in the 3rd floor from the lobby and has  2  
levels with 3 bedrooms (2 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom) , 3  
full bathrooms with hair dryers , a  small open studio  with couch ,  
living room ,  
dinning room , kitchen , 4 terraces and a roof terrace with 360 o of  
breathtaking views of the Caribbean, Cancun and Isla Mujeres. All  
rooms are fully equipped with A/C minisplits. 
 
The living room has  an outside ocean front terrace with a  
fountain ,  a refrigerator  and terrace furniture .Inside the  
living  and dining  room area , decorated with beautiful antiques ,  
2 leather couches , bar furniture , radio /stereo  and 3 small   
tables . 
The 19 th century dinning room with 2 credenzas, 1 Boulle  bureau   
and a  curio cabinet , it  has a table and chairs  for 8 persons .  
The kitchen is  a separate room ,fully equipped with all necessary  
appliances (refrigerators, microwave , mixer, kitchen utensils ,  
cutlery , glasses , dishes,  etc)  and a granite table for max . 4  
persons.  
 
Description of the Bedrooms:  
1)	The bedroom  in the corner  of the building  has all  
amenities of a small apartment .It has an independent entrance and  
can be used as a separate unit . It has a built in closet ,a full  
bath with  bathtub/shower ,  an oceanfront  terrace with a second   
built in closet , with  2 chairs a small table and a small  
Jacuzzi/shower,   2 double beds and an extra pull out bed , a big 48  
inches TV set  with cable TV , DVD and Video , a leather couch ,  
chests of drawers, a fully equipped independent  kitchenette with 2  
burners , microwave , refrigerator and a small dinning  room, with   
a credenza, table and 4 chairs., telephone , linens , towels and  
utilities . 
 
2)	The master bedroom has also an ocean front terrace with  
rattan living room furniture for 4 persons and a small table . A  
king size bed (with a pull out bed ) , Cable TV with DVD and Video a  
full bathroom with bathtub/shower .build in closet with deposit  
safe , chests of drawers ,working desk and  build in book cases. 
  
      3) The 3rd bedroom is a very small cozy bedroom inspired in  
the ancient yacht cabins .It has a small double    
           bed , cable   TV ,build in closet and chest of draws,  
including a full bath with shower .In front of the small 
           bedroom there is a small open studio with  couch , which  
can be used as a bed and an  additional Cable TV  
           withVideo. A massage table is also available at the  
property  .  
 
In the 2nd level there is a  roof garden  with a  covered  terrace  
with a couch and a garden table for 4 persons , Here you have also   
the laundry area with washing and drying machines . On the top of  
the property you find the roof terrace or solarium  with 2 couches  
and 2 wrought iron  benches and table , where you can enjoy  privacy  
with  the most breathtaking  view of the  Cancun and Isla Mujeres

Our rates include linens and towels and we  provide daily maid  
service, except on Sunday .For ecological purposes linens are  
changed once per week , but  if necessary  can be changed earlier .  
Please request it from our maid  or butler.    
No Pets. Smoking is permitted only in the open areas .

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two swimming pools, water sports, tennis courts, play grounds for  
football soccer and  basket ball, kids club , 24 hrs. securityu,  
gym , travel agency  for booking tours and car rentals  and guest  
service. 
There is a free shuttle bus to the hotel zone . Check for schedules.  
There are 3 restaurants and 3 bars. If you prefer and do not want to  
cook or to go out , you can also book  for 1 or more days an all  
inclusive pass for food , drinks and entertainment , beginning with  
breakfast buffet and finishing with dinner.

Activities and Attractions

Water sports, nearby golf, mayan  ruins at less than 1 mile  
distance, side trips to ancient mayan ruins like Tulum and Chichen  
Itza, to the famous parks of Xcaret and Xelha to Playa del Carmen or  
to the Island of  Isla Mujeres  or Cozumel. In the nearby hotel zone  
of Cancun you will find the biggest choice of excellent restaurants,  
night clubs and shopping malls of the Mexican Caribbean , or just   
don’t do anything , relax and enjoy this beautiful and unique  
property .

Vacation Rental Rates

Vacation Rental Rates until 05 persons:  
additional persons please add USD 20 per person per day on weekly  
rate (USD 140 per week) or USD 10 per person per day on monthly rate  
(USD 300 per month).

Low Season: 
August 27 to Nov. 19,2007.....USD 1,750 per week/ USD 5,250 per month  
Fall and Thanksgiving: 
Nov.20 to Dec.16 ,2007 .......USD 2,100 per week/ USD 5,700 per month  
Xmas Season:  
Dec 17,2008 to Jan.02,2009....USD 3,500 per week   
 
Rates include round trip from and to the airport. 
 
Rates per day are proportional to weekly or monthly rate. 
 
Minimum stay of 3 nights is required.   
 
 
Deposit Policy: We require  a small deposit of USD 350 , 30 days prior to  
arrival in order to reconfirm your booking . 
 
Full payment is required prior to arrival as well as  a USD 900 security  
deposit , that will be refunded ASAP , after checking up the inventory and  leaving the PH  without damages.

 Full payment  through bank wire is required  the latest 1 week prior to arrival or upon arrival is possible only   
PRIOR to check in , but only through a payment in  travellers checks or cash . 
  
Cancellation Policy: until 15 days prior to arrival there is no  
cancellation charge. Cancellations later  
than 14 days prior to arival will be charged with 15 %
