All rentals are for a MINIMUM rental period or duration of 1 month. If you would like to reserve or book a unit for less than 1 month, the monthly rental rate will still apply as does the 1 month period in which a prospective tenant/renter can occupy the rental unit.

Beachfront Realty cannot and will not assist in any rental that does not meet the minimum rental period of 1 month requirement.

Most rental rates posted are monthly rates based on an annual lease. Monthly rates for rentals less than 6 months are typically 30-50% higher than annual lease rates
