This 3 bedroom, 4 bath home is 2000 sq. ft. of relaxing
comfort ,nestled in the woods with an unobstructed lake view.
Each bedroom has its own private balcony with lake view, bathroom and
walk-in closet.
Two of the bedrooms have 2 queen sized beds with TV ,Cable, and DVD.
The main bedroom has 2 full sized beds with TV and cable.
The living room has 2 queen size sofa sleepers with TV , Cable, and
DVD.
The kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining and open out
to a 30 ft. deck with table,
chairs, grill, and a gorgeous lake sunset view with plenty of shade
for cooling.
There is plenty of outdoor space for children to run around within
sight of their parents,without worrying about disturbing the
neighbors. The home is perfect for family reunions or couples groups.

Heating, air conditioning, 4 TV's, DVD players, telephone, hair
dryers, linens, irons, and fully equiped kitchen. Coffee, coffee
creamer and spices provided.

Washer and dryer added 2011 (bring your own detergent)
There are two Estates owner's pools, one just 6 doors down from the
house. The other pool is 6 blocks away.
There is parking for 5 cars and or boats.

Two golf courses, marina with boat rental, p, wave runners
& jet skis, boat rides, horseback riding stables, horseshoes, tennis,
touring carts, bowling, billiards, putt-putt golf,
childrens playground, video game arcade, and indoor water park are
available at the resort for a fee
The Tan Tar A main lodge has two bars and two restaurants on the
water. There is also a Burger King, Sbarro's Pizza and Java Lakes
coffee shop.
You can book massages, facials,nail and hair care treatments at the
Spa/Salon.
These wonderful vacation amenities can be enjoyed without leaving the
resort

Now is the time to plan your  summer vacation.
The entire house with all three bedrooms (2 floors) plus livng room
with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 4 baths and 30
foot deck is available daily, weekly, or monthly. Newly remoddled in 2011 with washer and dryer and upgraded bathrooms.

 The house sleeps up to 14 adults.
Weekdays - Monday to Thursday - 3 nights - $600.00/whole house.
Weekends - Friday to Sunday/Monday - 2(3) nights - $700 (800)

1 Week- 7 nights $1400.00-$1600.00
2 weeks $2600.00
4 weeks $4200.00
All prices quoted include taxes and cleaning
Sept 15th-March 30th $1000.00 per week and $550.00 for any 3 or 4
day stay
Repeat customers will receive a $100.00 discount This does not apply
to off season rates, but an extra day may be added at the same cost
