All bedrooms feature flat panel televisions and sound system. Three
bedrooms have 42�s, 4th has two sets of bunckbeds and a 20" tv, the
living room features a 50� LCD with leather lazyboy like sectional.

There are 3 California king beds, two full, two twin. All beds have
linens with designer brands and down goose pillows and mattress
covers.

This home is fully equipped with espresso machine, patio furniture,
very large stainless Jen-Air, BBQ grill, all kitchen utensils, pans,
pots, cutlery, plates and central vac. Also this beautiful home has
brand new carpet and new paint throughout. Home also has a fully
equipped laundry room with washer and dryer.

Office located off kitchen has fouton for extra sleeping, wireless
internet and office desk and chair.

Home is located next door to the infamous Paradise Tropical
Restaurant & Bar. With week rental you will receive a $75 gift
certificate to restaurant. Paradise will also deliver to this home,
and this home only!
