your fingertips, as you sit on a large deck. Highly accessible to
hiking, golfing, and sight-seeing, this place will take you away
from the hustle and bustle and allow you to relax and
enjoy!

furniture.
Living room is complete with a gas fireplace, perfect for enjoying
your evening.

The River Ranch House is located within 200 yards of one of the
area's best places to dine- Spinner Fall Restaurant. Other dining
options include a number of restaurants in Fall River Mills,
McArthur, and Burney (all within 1/2 hour driving).
Fall River Airport is 15 minutes away.
Golfing at one of California's favorite golf courses, Fall River
Valley Golf and Country Club (open to the public) is only 10 minutes
away.
McArhtur-Burney Falls, a breath-taking water fall is only about 20
minutes away. This is also a great place to hike. Lake Britton is
also nearby- great place to fish and boat!
There are many other great attractions- State Parks, River Rafting,
and Fort Crook Museum - call us to help meet your needs.
