Vacation Rental Description

Amazing, unobstructed views of Back Sound and Cape Lookout.  This is 
the first time on the rental market and brand new furniture has just 
been put in.

House built in 2002, with open flow downstairs, kitchen stocked and 
ready for your fresh catch.  Back deck off living for day and night 
enjoyment.  Upstairs features large master with queen bed and second 
room with full/twin combo bunks.  

Yard is fenced, so Rover is welcome ($100 fee).  Ample off-street 
for 
multiple cars and your boat!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Close to all Harkers Island has to offer.  Less than 1/4 mile from 
shuttles to the Cape, restaurants, convenience store, day 
docks/marina, and so on.  Harkers Island has a public boat ramp 
within 2 miles as well.  Whatever your water-related goal, you can 
find it here!

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, Swimming, Site-seeing, Shelling, Sunbathing, Kayaking, 
Biking...it's all here.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates: $700 per week, $175 per night (2 night minimum), Extra 
nights at $80 each.
Winter Rates: $600 per week, $150 per night (2 night minimum), Extra 
nights at $70 each.
12% occupancy tax, $25 reservation fee
Rates Include linens and cleaning at departure.
