This 4 bedroom 2 bath home surrounds you with the aura of the sights and sweet smells of the tropics. Bamboos, ferns, flowers, and palm trees line the oversized private fenced lot the house sits on with the indoors following the same theme. As you walk in the front door, you are greeted with high ceilings and open floor plan. Walnut hard wood floors accent the 2 oversized couch's facing a large stone fireplace and entertainment center. A TV/DVD with satellite, video library, surround sound, and stereo player that has speakers both inside on the in the patio area, will keep you entertained for hours. Off the living area is a 6 top dining table that flows into the kitchen, with a slider that exists out to the backyard. Hawaii??? could be here in Encinitas. Lush tropical plants line 2 grassy backyards with enough room for any sport. Large enough to be a mini park, we've had many great events here. Like to entertain? this is the perfect place. A palapa BBQ island with refrigerator, counters and smoker awaits you. Guests can sit under the palapa or by the outdoor fire pit and spectate the chef cook while looking out into the tropical backyard. For Those active members of your group, enjoy a game of basketball, or have a ping pong tournament. A full day can be spent relishing the sunny setting without the crowds of a destination resort.

Off the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with wrap around countertops, gas stove and 2 bar stools. A window opens up to the backyard for easy access to serving food and beverages. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed which is across from a full bathroom. There is a large sunken tub with designer tile throughout. The Master is at the end with King bed, TV, attached bathroom with 2 shower heads,  and French doors leading out to the backyard. In the summertime the doors are usually left open to awake to the sights and smells of the tropics. Both bathrooms have recently been remodeled with stone and tile accents and superior fixtures. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and computer with wireless access. A separate cottage is the 4th bedroom,lounge, TV room, kids corner.... and many other nicknames. It has a Queen bed, ( kids and adults love to sleep here) 32" TV,desk, and just enough separation from the house for a private suite. Sometimes needed for family members, but enjoyed by all.

Located in a quaint beach town, the main street is scattered with boutique stores and great restaurants, all walking distance to the beach. The house is 1.5 miles to main street and Moonlight Beach with long sandy beach's, and bonfire pits, this is a local destination to look forward to. Not into sand?...Del Mar is 4 miles away for those who like the races or fair. Lego land is 5 miles away for the kids, and downtown San Diego, La Jolla, and Pacific Beach, all known for its scenery, events, and 5 star dining is within 20 minutes to the house and caters to all ages. This unique home that embraces the tropics out your back door, coupled with the central location, makes this a great vacation place for both family and friends. You can enjoy all the amenities San Diego has to offer, or just decompress in with the backyard and let your mind travel to Hawaii.
