Our air conditioned unit has been re-modeled and designer
decorated. Kitchen hardwood floor and new rugs. All new blinds,
curtains and painting. A large deck w/furniture has been renovated
with all new fiberglass decks, vinyl railings, new exterior doors
and storm doors. Lounge on this deck and take in the breath taking
beach views. Off street parking and a 1/2 block walk to the spacious
beach.

This is a non-smoking, no pet unit. Unit sleeps 2-6 with 1 queen
bed, two single beds and a pull out double sofa bed. Washer & dryer
in the unit along with Cable TV's, DVD & VHS players. Phone service
for local calls only. Elec. Range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer,
elec. can opener, coffee maker and toaster. Iron & ironing board.
Everything you need is here except your towels, linens and
toiletries.

A large variety of boating, fishing, skyrides, kiddie rides,
arcades, attractions and resturants are all over the area. There
are many boardwalk and downtown shops to chose from and keep you
very busy. There is a golf course and a small plane airport also.
Cable channel 2 will keep you informed of the many activities and
events that are planned throughout the summer. Ocean City has been
namedthe premier and best family resort city in the United States by
Money magazine. We have resturants, stores, hair salon and a large
family playground withing walking distance of 3 blocks.

Rates vary from $600 to $1525 depending on the week. Please call or
