Vacation Rental Description

This spacious, 1825 square foot, 3-4 bedroom / 2 bath house is  
ideally situated only two houses from the river, only a stones throw  
to your private launch ramp, boat slips, and beach area.  Walking  
distance to restaurants, bars, and market.  Plenty of  
parking!!!  Everyone who rents this property has come back to rent  
it again.  There is no better location, walking distance to  
everything.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The community has it's own Boat Launch, own Beach, own BBQ, and Boat  
Slips!!! 
(Great and safe for Family / Kids / Friends) 
 
Fully Furnished, dishes, ect... 
 
Big Living room , dinning room, BBQ, all single level 3-bedrooms  
total 2 of them have queen sized beds and room for an air matress,  
the 3rd Bedroom has two twin beds.  There is also a family room that  
also has a futon that sleeps two and room for a couple of sleeping  
pads.  
 
The house has basic cable TV, DVD, CD Radio Player, and washer/dryer. 
 
Ohhhh and the House Does Have Central A/C!!!!

Activities and Attractions

The house is ideally located on the Parker Strip, 2 second walk to  
market, bars and restaurants ect.  Less than 2 miles  
to Blue Water Casino.   
 
The river has great Wakeboarding / Skiing / Air Chair /  
Tubing /whatever water sport you desire. 
 
Floating from the dam down river is always an activity whether by  
boat or floating in your tube. 
 
Parasailing is also available. 
 
There is a place that rents Personal water crafts and skiboats.  
They will bring the boat to the house and launch it for you and pick  
it up. 
 
It's a 30 minute drive by car to London Bridge in Lake Havasu! 
It's 15 minute drive to Parker Dam where you can launch your boat at  
the ramp just above the Dam on the Free public parking Lake Havasu  
launch ramp. From there to Copper Canyon by boat is 15 / 25 minutes,  
to London Bridge by boat is approx. 30 to 45 minutes depending on  
your speed. 
 
The Blue Water Casino is down river complete with in door Swimming  
pool and Water Slide, Gambling and buffet are the major attractions  
there and the casino is accesable by boat. The SandBar is also in  
front of the Blue Water Casino. 
 
For the Golfer, Emerald Canyon Golf course is a couple miles from  
the front door and is rated in the top 20 Golf Courses in the  
Nation. Great rates in the summertime $25. (Hint, Bring a lot of  
Golf Balls!)

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates: 
Monthly Rental Only!!!   
Summer Rate May-Septmeber $1,800/month 
Winter Rate October-April $1,100/month 
 
Now taking reservations for winter!!! 
 
There will be a $400 Deposit made by CashiersCheck/Credit Card,  
where you will get back $325 1 week after departure. We charge a one  
time $75 non-refundable cleaning deposit. 
 
Reservations will require $400 deposit. The balance to be received 1  
week prior to arrival.  
 
Regarding cancellation: A full refund will be returned if cancelled  
31 days prior to arrival date.  
 
$300 dollars will be deducted from from deposit if 30 to 15 days  
prior to arrival date. 
 
If cancelled within 14 to 1 day(s) prior to arrival, a $0 refund  
will be returned!
