Vacation Rental Description

Beachfront Condo with huge balcony.  Two sliding glass doors looking  
out at the beach make this condo great for beach lovers.  Full  
kitchen.  Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and attached bath.  Other  
bedroom has two twins.  Two Queen Size Futons in the Living room  
provide comfortable sleeping for a larger group.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condo Complex has a beautiful tile pool overlooking the ocean  
surrounded by lounge chairs.  A large tile hot tub is attached to  
the pool.  At the north end of the complex there are two more hot  
tubs.  There is covered parking.

Activities and Attractions

The beautiful South Padre beach is perfect for long walks, bird and  
dolphin watching, swimming and surf fishing. Several nearby piers  
offer boating excursions for bay fishing, deep sea fishing and  
dolphin watching. Windsurfing, sailing, skiing, parasailing and  
jetskiing are favorite activites for those who love an active  
vacation. There is miniature golf, and a multiscreen theater on the  
island for those who've had their fill of sun and sand. Shopping in  
South Padre and across the beautiful causeway in Port Isabel is a  
real treat whether you're in the market for resort clothing, elegant  
home furnishings or shells and souvenirs. Schlitterbahn Waterpark  
and the Port Isabel lighthouse are minutes from the condo, as is  
Padre Island Brewing Company, the island's own  
microbrewery/restaurant and a multitude of other great restaurants.  
Many people enjoy taking the short drive to Mexico for great

High - Memorial Day through June 15th  $1075 per week. $169 per  
night. 
Peak - June 15th through Labor Day, Spring Break & Easter-  
$1295 per week - $195 per night.  
Low - Labor Day through May- $1850 per month, $695 per week, $119
