and loveseat can sleep two small children comfortably. The beach
decor woven throughout the condominium completes this oceanfront
getaway. If you and your family want the feel of a home, not a

The kitchen is fully-equipped including a built-in microwave,
icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, among other
amenities. Previous guests are always pleasantly surprised at how

'Shoulder' Season ------ September 7 - October 26 ... $795/week. Ask for Daily Rates (3 day minimum)
Winter Season ----October 27,2013 - March 15,2014 ... $550/week
July 4th week ----- (June 29 – July 6) Rate is $960/week
Week long stays required during prime season.
** All rental rates are subject to county and state occupancy tax.
Weekend and nightly rentals available during Off Season.
A security deposit is required with the final payment to cover any damages and parking passes. (Signed agreement also required). A 'hold' deposit is required and will be applied to the weekly rate. Departure cleaning is $60. Must be 21 years of age.
Linens & Towels available for nominal fee.
NO PETS - NO SMOKING
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
