Vacation Rental Description

views from both the living area and master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a half bath, TV/VCR, and a 
private door onto an oceanfront deck. The second bedroom has two 
twin beds. The living area has a stereo, CD/DVD player; and the sofa 
and loveseat can sleep two small children comfortably. The beach 
decor woven throughout the condominium completes this oceanfront 
getaway. If you and your family want the feel of a home, not a 
rental unit ... then this is the place! Compare the look to your 
other options - you'll quickly see the difference. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped including a built-in microwave, 
icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender and a mixer; among other 
amenities. Previous guests are always pleasantly surprised at how 
well-stocked the kitchen is for those who'd rather cook and eat in. 

This first-floor unit is perfect for guests who dislike climbing 
stairs. The washer and dryer area is also located on the first 
floor. And it couldn't be better for the kids rushing to get to the 
beach or pool -- which both are only a few steps away!

Vacation Rental Rates

Mid Season ---- March 15,2008 - May 17,2008 ... $740/week 
Prime Season ---- May 18,2008 - September 06,2008 ... $920/week
Weekly rentals required only during Prime Season.
Memorial Day and Labor Day rates not included in above. Please call or email to receive the rate.
July 4th week ---- $1000/week
Mid Season ---- September 07,2008 - October 31,2008 .... $640/week
Winter Season ----November 1,2008 - March 14,2009  ... $595/week

Cleaning included. For stays less than a full week a $50 
cleaning fee applies.

A $150.00 security deposit is required with the final payment and is 
fully refundable if unit is left in same condition as found and 
parking pass(es) are returned (signed agreement required). A 'hold' 
deposit is also required and will be applied to the weekly rate. 

Linens & Towels (does not include beach towels) available for 
rent.

NO PETS - NO SMOKING.

*Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
