The kitchen is fully-equipped including a built-in microwave,
icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender and a mixer; among other
amenities. Previous guests are always pleasantly surprised at how
well-stocked the kitchen is for those who'd rather cook and eat in.
This first-floor unit is perfect for guests who dislike climbing
stairs. The washer and dryer area is also located on the first
floor. And it couldn't be better for the kids rushing to get to the
beach or pool -- which both are only a few steps away!

Weekly rentals required only during Prime Season.

Winter Season ----November 1,2009 - March 14,2009 ... $495/week
** All rental rates are subject to county and state
occupancy tax.
Weekend and nightly rentals available during Off Season.
A $150.00 security deposit is required with the final payment to cover any damages and parking passes.  (Signed agreement also required). A 'hold' deposit is required and will be applied to the weekly rate. 'End of stay' cleaning is $50. Must be 21 years of age.

Linens & Towels available for nominal fee.
NO PETS - NO SMOKING.
*Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
